Measuring Glory?

• 1 second - light travels 186,000 miles
  • 7 times around the earth in one second
• 8 minutes - light travels from sun to earth
• 1 year - light travels almost 6 trillion miles = a light year
• 8 billion light years from earth is halfway to the edge of the known universe.
• Within the known universe are approximately 100 billion galaxies each with 100 billion stars

The heavens declare the glory of God.
