That's Grace!
Revenge – Justice – Grace

• If take things into your own hands
  that's revenge
  
• If you're content to allow the law and the courts to arrest and punish the offender
  that's justice
  
• But if you pardon the murderer, adopt him, and take him home to live with you as your son
  that's grace!

Grace

• Romans 3:23-24 ". . . for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus"

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:8-10

The initial gift of the Holy Spirit

• Eternal Life
  
  • Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
